Quality Takes Time – And So Does Nature

At Little Mino, we don't believe in overproduction. We believe in garments with a purpose. By choosing a pre-order or joining our community, you are investing in a cleaner future for your child's skin and the planet they will inherit.

1. The Conscious Journey (How We Ship)

To minimize our carbon footprint, we ship in larger, planned batches from our partners in Norway and Germany to our boutique in Ottawa. This significantly reduces the total environmental impact of transport.

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for items currently in our Ottawa inventory are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Pre-Orders: These items are currently in production or transit from Europe. Please refer to the specific estimated shipping date on the product page.

Note: To reduce waste and transport emissions, orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once the entire order is ready.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship across Canada and the United States using carbon-neutral shipping options whenever available.

  • Standard Shipping (Canada): [Insert Rate, e.g., $15 Flat Rate or Free over $150]

  • Local Pickup (Ottawa): We are proud to offer free local pickup for our Ottawa community. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout for details.

  • International: Shipping to the US is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package is hand-packed and handed over to the carrier (the "Chief's" errand!), you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Duties and Customs

For our US customers, please note that Little Mino Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Ethical Craftsmanship & Uncompromising Standards

We only partner with those who share our standards for untreated, GOTS-certified wool. When you wait for a piece from brands like Lillelam and Disana, you are choosing quality over speed.

Every piece is made to last for generations, meaning you buy less, but better.
